·       County rally to be held at Queens’ school, 1.30pm start

                                                                       

Tournament Rules

Order of play; 1 v 2, 3 v 4, 1 v 3, 2 v 4, 1 v 4, 2 v 3, etc.                         

12 players: 5 will play in each half of the game, no substitutes.         

No time outs.                                                                                     

2 x 8 minutes running clock halves.                                                        

Any player who reaches 3 fouls in a half will be fouled out of that game. The opposition coach will then choose the replacement from the other half of the team.                

Free throws will be awarded when 5 team fouls are reached.             

The two teams not involved in each game will provide referees.                  

Any tied games, with the exception of the semi finals and final, will remain tied and the points will be shared. 2 points for a win, 1 point for a tied game.

The winners of the tournament will be based on the round robin league system. If after all games two teams are level on points winners will be decided on:

·         The result between the two teams, if still level then;

·         The number of points scored throughout the tournament, if still level then;

·         The points difference between the two sides.

·         If still level at this point then the tournament will be shared between the two teams.
